In reading we are learning about the Grimm brothers and their Fairy Tales. First we read their biography. I learned they were German. It was very intriguing. Then we read Rumpelstiltskin. He was so greedy.
Finally we read Hansel and Gretel, and their stepmother was so mean! She scolded them and sent them to the woods.
I hope we read some more!
I think I see some vocabulary words! Am I right? Reading about the tales made me want to go read them again. It's been a very long time since I read them and I have forgotten a lot! These were nice pictures,too. Did you learn how to add them to your page yourself? Nana
ReplyDeleteI love fairy tales! We have friends who are German and in Germany they have different versions of the same fairy tales. Cool, huh?
